"Refund took a bit longer than I hoped"
I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I was expecting. Support did reply when I reached out, just not super quickly. Not sure how to explain it, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t great either.

"Surprisingly smooth shipping to Canada"
I ordered from Canada and expected some weird shipping nonsense, because you never really know what’s going on behind the scenes with packages crossing borders. But nope, it took about 10 days, the tracking actually updated like it was supposed to, and the box showed up safe. Kind of suspicious how smoothly it went, but in a good way. Happy overall

"Not the best first impression at checkout"
My first impression was frustrating because the payment kept failing right when I was trying to check out. I ended up having to restart the process twice before it finally went through, which made the whole thing feel messier than it should have.

"Nice and discreet, just wish the box was sturdier"
My order from lingeriediva.com showed up packed really neatly, and everything inside was folded nicely. The outside box did have a little dent in it when it arrived, but thankfully nothing was damaged. I also appreciated that the packaging felt discreet. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the box felt a bit stronger, but overall I was happy with it and felt good about the order

"held up Better than I thought"
I ordered a set from Lingerie Diva and it’s held up better than I expected. I’ve worn and washed it a few times now and the lace hasn’t fallen apart or stretched out weird, which i was kinda worried about. Shipping was totally fine too. Taking off one star though because the sizing felt a little off for me.

"Fit was actually right, right?"
I ordered my usual size and it actually fit the way I hoped it would, which feels like a small miracle with online shopping, doesn’t it? The size chart seemed accurate for me, especially around the bust and hips.
Nothing felt awkward or too tight, and I didn’t have to deal with a return, which I really appreciate. i feel like that deserves 5 stars just for the fit alone.

I ended up having to return one bra because the fit just wasn’t quite right for me. I was a little worried the return process might be annoying, but it was actually straightforward. The instructions were easy to follow, and after a few days my refund came through. It wasn’t the fastest return I’ve ever done, but it also wasn’t a hassle. I’d feel comfortable shopping here again.

I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while and usually check here first when I need something, but it’s frustrating when the stuff I actually want is out of stock. I was relieved when it arrived because it looked just like the pictures. The colors were accurate, and the fit wasn’t weird or off at all. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d say it was a good buy.

I saw a few things I really liked, and some of the styles are definitely cute. But i kept going back and forth on whether the quality matched the price. Maybe I’m being picky, but a few items felt a little expensive for what they were. I’d probably wait for a sale before buying again
